Delete your MassQee account and the content it owns. First, sign in and review what will be removed. Signing in alone does not request deletion.
What deletion includes
Your account, profile, owned uploaded media and authored content are removed. Your MassQots are removed too, including the memories, community stories and comments attached to them, even when other people contributed.
Independent posts by other people and shared geographical places remain. Other people’s uploaded files, copies they saved or reshared, and provider backups are not erased by this workflow.
Confirmation stops account changes and presence sharing. Deletion runs in the background and cannot be undone from this page. We do not publish a completion deadline.
Cannot sign in?
For a guest account or another sign-in method, use Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or contact support. Never send your password or sign-in codes.
